Lisa has over 35 years of riding experience in the jumpers, eventing, and dressage. She has also owned and managed her own facility for 20 years. Lisa has a BA in Psychology with a focus on child development that she uses to help riders over come mental blocks, fear, and anxiety related to their riding. She is certified in Equine Assisted Therapy through EAGALA and is very passionate about helping horses maximize their potential by focusing on proper biomechanics.

Devon has been riding for 15 years and has been a professional for the last 3 years. She has experience in the hunters going to Junior Hunter Finals in 2020 and placing 3rd. She has also shown in the International Derbies and the 3'6" equitation medals. Recently she started in the jumpers showing up to the 1.20s with more to come soon.

Terri has over 35 years of experience working as a professional in a number of different roles. She was an exercise rider at the track for 15 years, has worked in breeding, sales, and starting young horses. She also spent extensive time working in Europe, living in Ireland for 18 years. Terri has been the manager here at Captivate since Sept 2020.
